Jerry S. Arzú is an experienced financial services professional who has spent over 15 years in business strategy, development, and analysis. As head of strategy and business development for a boutique investment bank, Jerry established the firm's debt
capital markets business and strengthened its equity capital markets effort. He spearheaded the development of products and services that have broadened the company’s equity sales and trading business by identifying market trends and positioning the firm to leverage those trends. He launched the firm’s international equities execution in Europe and negotiated partnerships to facilitate future expansion to Latin America,
Asia, and other emerging markets.
Jerry is the liaison and relationship manager for public and
private plan sponsors, funds of funds, asset managers, and family offices across the country—clients whose assets under management range from $100 million to well over $100 billion.
Jerry has previously held roles at sports and entertainment and
publicly held Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 media companies—the United States Tennis Association (the sport’s national governing body); Atlantic Recording, a division of TimeWarner; and Insight Communications, to name a few. In this capacity, he oversaw
multimillion-dollar revenue and expenditures over nearly a decade, including for businesses that generated over $200 million in annual revenue.
Jerry is a member of the board of directors of and
director of fund raising for TECHF.I.N (Technology for Families In Need), a not-for-profit seeking to bridge the technology divide by providing computers to children and families in need.

Salvador Torres is an experienced financial services professional who has spent over 14 years as an investment banker, advisor, and entrepreneur. Salvador serves as a C-level executive at a fintech start-up, developing identity and payments platforms for governments and institutions, platforms that foster greater efficiencies and economic development.
He also serves as a consultant to sovereign governments on infrastructure development and financing, including public-private partnerships. Salvador was previously with Barclays, a major global financial services provider engaged in retail,corporate, and investment banking, credit cards, and wealth and investment management, with an extensive presence in Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia.
Salvador has long-established relationships with government officials and administrators and with various infrastructure advisory firms and investors. He has managed financings that have raised over $10 billion for water and power utilities, transportation companies, and general governmental projects.
While at Barclays, he was responsible for engagements with community colleges and school districts, and he served as the lead banker for major municipalities in California, including the City of Los Angeles.
